I don't think this is anything to get too worried about, as it has only happened once (sorta).

I was watching videos last night in VLC and fell asleep, and when I woke up this morning it was trying to do a system repair/startup repair because the computer had apparently BSOD'd and was unable to restart :(

I let the startup repair do its thing, which in the end said it couldn't do anything about it. So I rebooted, and everything was fine.

I am still trying to find the culprit of the original BSOD though, incase it has any hints as to why there was a crash in the first place.

Thanks ahead of time for any help, I really appreciate it :D

this one was caused by ha10kx2k.sys. Seems to be related to gaming and I have no idea what it is. I have to research this a bit to find its owner

From what I have read this appears to be a problem with the sound blaster Audigy 2 ZS drivers and Warcraft. You might try uninstalling the Audigy 2 drivers and finding some other ones like the Daniel K version. There is a fix listed but it involves disabling core's on your processor which seems desperate to me.

Yea, I figured it might have something to do with the Audigy 2.

There are the same issues with XP
