Hi and welcome to SevenForums,
What's the model camera,
Sorry I don't do .rar files but instead of jpg try jpeg
Look into your cameras settings to see what file types are an option for it to produce.
Cheers.

So just to clarify, the images are corrupt on the original source (The SD card in your phone)?

Can the images be viewed on the phone still? If not, the images most likely won't be obtainable.

If you can still view the images on the phone, you might be able to back them up to an online service like Dropbox or Google Photos. That may allow for you to download the images to your computer. But if the images are corrupt from the source, you'll most likely never see those photos again.

Unfortunately, if the images were corrupt during the transfer to your computer, moving them back to the SD card will do nothing to rectify that.

Personally, I never move anything off removable media. I always copy. Once I know the items have copied properly, I remove from the source. I realize that doesn't help you right now, but sadly we live and we learn. I would recommend making a habit of copying items rather than moving them first.

Another piece of advice would be to have some sort of automatic backup system in place. Whether you're using iOS or Android, you can have it automatically backup your images to all sorts of different places and only over WiFi as well so you don't use your data.

Again, I realize this doesn't help you currently. Sorry! :(

Not if the image is already corrupt and you no longer have the original. At least, I'm not aware of any way to retrieve the image in a corrupt state.

Yep I would look into and use Onedrive or google drive to sync your images this way you might have a back up some where else beside just the card :(
Cheers.

Yep sorry,
But you at least know what can happen,
Cell phones use apps most are free to sync images to the cloud
That is recommended to use although I manually transfer images from my iphone 4 without issue,
It does not have a removable card but then again I don't know if my card reader even works I've never used it I have a I guess firewire that doubles with the charging cable.
Cheers.

Could also albeit a long shot,
These cards although I have no idea why have a small lock switch on the side of them that can too easily be switched to the locked position inserting them
Something to confirm :/
