The problem started with CD/DVD not being found by the device manager as a drive and Windows updates not installing. Located the device in Bios and made sure everything there was at factory settings.
When I rebooted, it goes to Windows Error Recovery screen, but no matter what I select it goes back to the same screen.
I have the Windows & Pro disk that comes with a refurbished computer. But when I try running it the drive stops and everything just sits.
The last driver to load in any setting is \Windows\System32\Drivers\aswRvrt.sys
