Windows 7 Display has gone weird

I only noticed this yesterday, im not sure what it is. Basically all the display type features have gone out of whack.

For example.
I can drag and drop desktop icons anywhere (they dont have a grid)
When i hit the windows key + tab, it no longer scrolls through my open applications
When i click a icon at the bottom of my task bar, normally it would have a pop up of both open files/programs, but now its a list.

Any ideas?

Sounds like your click and right-click functions are messed up, check Control Panel, Mouse for its settings.
