New Here and trying to figure out if I post this bit of info good enough

- the original installed OS on the system? windows 7 86 home
- an OEM or full retail version? OEM
- What is the age of system (hardware)? Two days old as of today
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) Two days old as of today(YES)
In other words just installed Windows a few times today this is my final attempt at it.
Also unable to install video driver whilst this has been happening.
