Hi everyone, I would like to thank you in advance for taking the time reading about this issue I am having.

I am using windows 7 enterprise and I have two issues;

1st: My windows 7 gets stuck on logging off process of shut down and I do not have any other choice than doing a hard shut down or disconnecting my laptop from the power.

2nd: Always when I put the computer to sleep, and I log back in, when I try to move files from one folder to another, the files move, but they still remain in the same place they were but when you click on them it says that the file was removed, so I have to be constantly pressing F5 key so they dissapear and the data updates.

If anyone knows how to fix these 2 issues, please let me know about it, and again, thanks for your time =)

Thanks for the welcome =)

Oh yes, I know how to copy, cut, paste or move folders, the issue here is that for example, I have 5 songs in the desktop, then I move them to My Music folder, after the move is done, the files will remain in the desktop. They will remain in kind of like an image. The only way I can get rid of them is pressing F5 key.

Just tried, as I was deleting the file, the original file would go to the recycle bin, but the image would stay in the desktop, I always have to hit F5 so it dissapears, again this only happens when the computer comes back from sleep mode

Have you tried stopping the ATI Service and then disabling it? The ATI Service is known to cause problems like this.

no, I found out what it was after a Microsoft Technician helped me. It is a common bug and they are working on an update to fix it, they asked me to turn off the indexing service and that fixed my 1st Issue that windows 7 failed to refresh files once you move them or delete them.
