Solved Windows 7 Essentials (Not Microsoft Essentials) After clean install

So I finally have all my drivers installed after doing a clean install of Windows 7. Now I need to know the Essentials that I basically have to need to run some programs. Because I can't install Skype or Snag It or anything really like that, I keep getting erros. This is all I have installed so far (Picture):

Different error codes for different programs.
I know this has to do something with me not having stuff like .NET framework and Some Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Packages... Doesn't it?

What error(s) are you receiving when trying to install SnagIt, Skype, etc? Are they program specific or related to Windows 7 (or both)? A screenshot of the error message would help.

It won't let me install .NET Framework, Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package, Snag It, Microangelo On Display, etc. It's all leading back to a path in C:\Windows\Installer\ saying it can't find the path to the .msi file.

Windows 7 comes with dot net 4, dot net 3.5 can be downloaded and installed manually or though the add remove windows features. Like marsmimar said, you need to be more specific about what errors you're getting.

Windows 7 didn't come with it for mine. I don't know if it's suppose to come with a clean installation?

uninstall .net framework 4
After that install it using Download Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Web Installer) from Official Microsoft Download Center
If that fails try Download Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Standalone Installer) from Official Microsoft Download Center

Would it show up in my uninstallation window? Because I had completely nothing in there, not even my drivers (Although I have my drivers now).

It sounds like your install is messed up? Where did you get your install media from?

Kaktussoft, Some drivers can be listed in the installed programs list. On this PC I can see my NVIDIA graphics driver, VIA sound driver, HP printer driver, etc.

Okay CosmicPoptart help me and my 3 brain cells understand. You have been asked for error codes you recieved and I don't see a reply.
You have been asked where you got your copy of Windows 7 and I don't see a reply.
Here is another question that will need answered.
After your clean install did you spend the time to download and install all of Windows 7 Updates?

In explorer goto C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET
rename assembly to assembly2 there.
Now try to install .NET 4

Works?

That's just an extra. Some drivers install configuration programs that are listed there. Or simply the uninstaller. A real driver doesn't do that!

What you mean is that they appear after running some setup.exe that installs a driver.

I didn't give the error codes because I've looked them all up on Google and they all lead back to the path of C:\Windows\Installer as I said before. I received my copy of Windows 7 from here. While following the tutorial here. And I did not download any of the updates yet, but I am now.

Thank you, too. The updates did help. I'm just baffled by one thing. When Windows would download the update and install them in Control Panel\System and Security\Windows Update, it would say they failed to install. Then when I would restart my computer, it would install them, before the log in screen, without any trouble. Why is that?

Many Windows Updates work in that fashion. They complete their install on a reboot. My method is always do reboots after a large install whether Windows requests it or not. While the process is being done, (activity hard drive light) is still busy I don't do anything. No keyboard or mouse inputs what so ever. I do it this way for a reason. When downloading and installing Windows Updates any interference of any kind might screw up a update install. I know it shouldn't but for a few seconds of waiting could be helpful. If a screw up happens it is a bag of worms to fix.
