Have had multiple BSOD all starting with trying to open firefox 3.6.12. My laptop is a HP Pavilion dv4-2160us with an i5 and 4 gigs memory and 320 gig hard drive. Have attached dump files. And my OS is OEM with the laptop bought in early June 2010

Thanks in advance for any help anyone is able to give!

Hi,

The process running at the time of your latest BSOD = quwklmx.exe

This program appears to be malware. Personally I would back up your data and re-install Windows to be sure you have got rid of the malware completely.

However, if you don't wish to go down that path you can start by running MBAM to try and remove the malware - Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware: Malwarebytes

Regards,
Reventon

Prevx describes QUWKLMX.EXE as "cloaked malware", which is another term for rootkit. Your best bet is to follow reventon's advice.
