You need to reinstall HD: change the cables, check the connections carefully, until it shows up.
If there is doubt about it working, place it in another computer to see.
You mobo is still working according to what is seen there. Try resetting BIOS to defaults to make sure nothing was toggled that is disabling the HD.

YOu showed screenshots of your BIOS. Are you saying it won't let you enter BIOS all of the time? Is it possible you are missing the boot oppotunity with the hotkey? What happens when it fails?

The boot menu should also boot a disk or stick. See if that will work with the WIn7 installer.

Once again, this all started after you installed a new HD, correct?
Have you tried reinstalling it yet, or checking closely to see if you might have knocked something loose or damaged the mobo?

Yes it did, I have checked the mobo thuoraly and their seems to be no lose wires or damage to the mobo as I am trying to boot the USB stick but it won't let me. Also the Sata cable connecting to the HD is it supposed to click when it's fully in? If so it dosent do that ad is fairly lose

I haven't been following this thread, but I understand your system is basically freezing uo and it started when you installed a new hard drive. Have you tried to disconnect the power and sata cable from the new hard drive and boot into bios?

Then most likely it is connected wrong or the hard drive is bad. Try with another hard drive to make sure it is not a motherboard problem with the sata controllers.
