Regardless of the browser and as far as I can figure, only in this situation:

- I am on my home Wifi
- I attempt to access a work webpage, but I've forgoton to remote into my work's server first

I get redirected to survey sites and other junk sites.

If wifi is off, it doesn't attempt to redirect. If I remote in, I don't get redirected.

Virus scan is clean.

Hi:

It sounds as if your wifi router has been hijacked.
Resetting it to the factory default might help.

What is the exact make and model?
