windows 7 keeps freezing after loggin in

ok i start it up i type in my pass and then after about 20 seconds everything freezes i have rebooted it severl times, have used a W7 repair disk, used restore points, used safemode to disable all of the programs in the start up dir, and nothing is working!!!..all of this happend after i install battlefield 2/ it asked to install DX9 i click ok it installed then said it needed to restart..(ok why not)..and then all of this started happening

i have an
Asus GS1

W7-64 bit
180gb hard drive
nvidia 8600 (with 256 video RAM)
intell dual core at 2.46GHz
4 GB of RAM

someone please help me i really dont want to have to reinstall W7

Check on your services. Possibly one of those is causing it. Look for 3rd party ones. Disable, reboot and test.

Use services.msc from safe mode if you have to.

ok i went into safe mode (with command prompt) i went in to services.msc i disabled every thing that was 3rd party..rebooted it..didnt change anything..so i disabled every program that starts on its own that is not microssft..and it didnt help either...if you want i can pust a video on youtube so you can see what its doing

From an elevated command prompt in either safe or normal mode, run this command. You can copy and paste it, then hit enter:

sfc /scannow

it said it didnt find any integrated violations

i am having the same exact problem but the only thing i did was install the drivers for my motherboard....

ok thank you for your help but i just decided to reformat and reinstall W7 thank you for your help but iv fixed it and it works fine
