This one was blamed on afd,sys (your winsock dirver) but I think the old networking driver is the true cause.

I would update all the below

Obviously not a clean install drivers from as far back as 2005
Code:
o2media.sys 11/14/2005 01:28:33 AM 0x83618000 0x83620580 0x00008580 0x43782081
VSTCNXT3.SYS 10/15/2008 08:29:13 PM 0x9851a000 0x985cf000 0x000b5000 0x48f68ad9
VSTAZL3.SYS 10/15/2008 08:30:03 PM 0x92bc1000 0x92bfe000 0x0003d000 0x48f68b0b
VSTDPV3.SYS 10/15/2008 08:32:04 PM 0x98418000 0x9851a000 0x00102000 0x48f68b84
yk62x86.sys 2/23/2009 10:44:18 AM 0x92add000 0x92b2d000 0x00050000 0x49a2b642
netw5v32.sys 3/26/2009 12:10:37 PM 0x95836000 0x95c49000 0x00413000 0x49cba8fd

How To Find Drivers:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference http://www.carrona.org/dvrref.html
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: http://www.carrona.org/drvrdown.html

AND run a system file check

Run a system file check to verify and repair your system files.
To do this type cmd in search, then right click to run as administrator, then
SFC /SCANNOW

Read here for more information http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html

Let us know the results from the report at the end.
