No you are not correct. I am not saying that you should upgrade to Windows 10.
Are you thoroughly reading my lengthy explanations?

You stated you don't like the Windows 10 GUI so I showed you that you don't have to use it in Windows 10. I don't like the GUI in Win10 either that is why I have been using Classic Shell. I had it way before 2017 or I would have installed Open Shell. As I stated in 2017 Classic Shell has not been upgraded.

We appear to have a language barrier here.

I have been trying to provide you with information so that you have a somewhat better understanding of computer issues. My sincere wish is always to have OP learn more about Windows problems, what need to happen to begin to correct them.

I've asked and explained as best I can, what the tools I suggested for you to run do and why they are needed to be run, and what is to be learned from the use of them. I know some Greek which I assume is your native language. I am by no means fluent. You do an excellent job with the English, a few minor tense issue, no big deal, I understand what you are saying.

I am trying to help you. If you do not want to do as I ask, and run the tools that I've spend a while trying to explain their purpose, what the do, and the logs needed to determine fixing your OS so you have no missing or corrupt system files. Then the lag issue may go away, more likely than not.

As I said before, many system files are hard linked, that is the use each other to fulfill a task that you choose. If any of those are broken, Windows access the winsxs folder for replacements. If Windows find a valid replacment file, it replaces the missing/corrupt one with the good file from winsxs. If I don't know which files are missing/corrupt, and I can't guess because every version of Windows is different. Home Premium I use, Professional and your system Ultimate. Different files, folders, & it makes a difference in the exact same version if you run it on a different computer with different hardware and software installed.

I've never had a need for the bloated Windows Ultimate, many, many things in there I would never ever use in the Home setting.

And as i mention i don't like win10.

I try when i go at my home(Cause now i'm at work) to try to clean the basic drive c that i have win7 installed but i don't thing is change anything at all.

Isn't there any standar method that cause any windows lag to check these?
Or better there isn't any program to scan all system issues e.t.c. and try to fix any windows lag?

I believe this windows lag is a problem/issue of windows really tooooooo many people have it and don't know what they do to fix it.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME TO TRY TO HELP ME.

Ok, I understand the language issue. My opinion you do very well with the English.

You are most welcome for the help. That is why we are here to help, or at least try.

I'm trying to explain why those tools need to be run. It is part of trying to solve your problems.

What others do or having Windows 7, does not affect your system.

There can be many causes for your problem and there is no click and it's fixed unfortunately.

There is no standard method to fix the lag that I know of.

There could be one cause or many together.

You do have OS System files that are broken. sfc /scannow continues to tell you that it can't fix some of them.

Wouldn't you think that those would be a good place to start?

Think of it like your car. If your OS in your car, new car with computer management and something is not working. Wouldn't it be the first thing the Technician assigned to you car would do is run some tests to see what is broken? Sure it would. The Technician would connect the plug under the dash to his computer and run programs that will tell what is wrong.

That is what we need to do, run the tools and see what is wrong with your Windows.

I just tried to run SFCFix on my Computer so that I could show you how the report looks.
It wouldn't run. Why? I have some problems with my Windows10 OS.
I'm fixing them now with DISM, which I said before is only available in Windows 8, 8.1 & 10
Done, took about 10 minutes.

Tried sfcfix again and it failed again. Sent sfcfix crash report to Richard (Niemiro)

I've been trying to assist you, and you, for whatever reason, choose to do your own thing. I don't believe it is a language barrier at this point. I've gone out of my way to try to explain the nuances of an operating system and the issues that can arise with corrupt system files.

Being that you state you have formatted and reinstalled Windows, and the lag remains, it is not a software issue. You have an issue somewhere with your hardware.

Under different circumstances, that being, you willing to follow my suggestions, this is an exercise in futility for me.

Therefore, I'm done trying to assist you.

Good luck on your issue, you need it.

Wishing you the best.

What did you say here? I just means now I choose everything CLEAN DISK. I have installed win7 sp1.

That is what you said. I read that as you formatted the drive & reinstalled windows 7 sp1, you restarted and same thing.

Question:

Why are you not running the programs I suggested, I've made several posts asking you to do so. I've tried to explain as much as I can and you do not run the programs. Then you posted the above. I've had other Original Posters (OPs) I've tried to help, for FREE HERE ON SEVENFORUMS, and the same thing. If you want us to try to help with need YOU to help too. I can't run anything on your machine from here. Without test and logs, I can't begin to determine the problem.

Go to the car dealer, tell them the car won't run and how do I fix it. Any repair technican worth a nickle has no idea until they run a diagnostic to find out what is wrong.

Do you want me to continue to try to help?
If so, please, please, please, please run the programs/tools I provided links to. The WILL NOT HURT YOUR COMPUTER, I PROMISE YOU. WE ARE NOT HERE TO CAUSE YOU ADDITIONAL PROBLEMS. WE ARE HERE TO PROVIDE YOU WITH FREE EXPERT ASSISTANCE.

Are you saying you ran DISK CLEANUP, it removed 6 GB of Junk, you Restarted your computer and nothing changed?
If so then GOOD.
You cleared the junk.
Please run
SFCFix.exe
and
AutoSurt64
When AutoSURT64 is done, a copy of the CBS folder will be on your desktop. Open it, find the CheckSUR.log, compress/zip it and upload so I can see what files I need to locate to fix the system file checker sfc errors

If I was wrong thinking in what you said, I'm sorry.

Here's the links
SFCFix.exe
AutoSURT64

SFCFix.exe when it is done you will have a file in notepad open on your desktop, need SFCFix.txt
When AutoSURT64 is done you will have a CBS folder on your desktop, open it, need the CheckSUR.log.

Upload the separately, which you will see you can do from the upload popup. You have to click the Go Advanced next to the Post Quick Reply, when windows opens, scroll down the page and you will see manage attachments or something similar.

upload and attach the files or use the paperclip next to the smiley face top of your window you type text in to embed it in your post. either way that is easiest for you.

But with clean disk and SFCFix.exe we don't do anything at all.

Why you belive the CheckSUR to Temp.exe change the things?
And what exactly do this file?

So with simple words tell me to do every win7 update ms have release and maybe the lag solved?

you forgot that i don't have a lot of free space at partition c.

Is there to cause all this lag only these two files:
vsraid.inf

vsraid.sys

And this file it is for one usb3 pci express card i have at my pc.

And i have install the drivers for amd site for this pci express x1 card.

  1. Disk Cleanup is for removing unnecessary folders and files from your C Drive, to make more space on it. To help improve the slow file/folder opening.
  2. I didn't say that would change things. I created the tool so that you could click extract and it will place the CheckSUR folder where SURT needs it to install it in winsxs. You can not copy and paste to winsxs. It is a security risk. SURT takes control of the folder from Trusted Installer, installs the folder/files, then gives control back to Trusted Installer.
  3. Windows Updates are security fixes, & to correct other problems.
  4. I didn't forget you don't have much free space on the OS drive (C) That is a major issue with your slow opening files/folders. One of the main reasons.
  5. No, it is not the cause. As I said, if you have any corrupt or missing folders or files, it does not fix itself, and actually, problems will get worse.
  6. Can't find anything Googling regarding that file, appears to be a raid controller initialize
  7. that is a vsraid system file, dot sys .sys
  8. I don't think it is. If it is for your pcie card, why would you not want to fix it? So it will break other folders/files on your system?
  9. If you did replace it, it didn't fix vsraid.sys
Also, the screenshot of sfcfix.txt you changed the name of the file. vsraid.sy s. There is no space in a files extension? sy s if that is what the actual file is named is a problem. Windows will not recognize it as a good file.

Again, I say, you do not want to have any missing or corrupt system files, .sys, which is a system file, may not be for Windows but they all have to work together. If a program or application needs to access that file and it is broken or missing, you have problems you may not see right away, but you will as it breaks other system files.

sys is a filename extension used in MS-DOS applications and Microsoft Windows operating systems. They often contain device drivers or hardware configurations for the system. Most DOS . sys files are real mode device drivers. ... SYS are core operating system files in MS-DOS and Windows.

CORRUPT: C:\Windows\winsxs
The replacement folder has to go into C:\Windows\winsxs.

SFCFix does not report false information, if it says AMD that is what your CPU is!

If you type system into the Windows searchbox, it will tell you your processor.

These are your system specs you typed
