Hi Folks. I found a Tool which enables you to change the displayed language. It works with all windows 7 versions, so theres no problem if you only have a prof. instead of an ultimate version. enjoy

The whole idea about Windows 7 Ultimate with languages is that you can change languages without a restart (which is required in lesser versions).
