Windows 7 locked screen Administator

Greetings,
I cant seem to figure out how to enable the password for Administrator when im logged in as Administrator and the pc is locked. I can just click the name and i get in with no password. Any suggestions please?

There you must enter again the same password as you used to login with that user, that apparently has no password set.

When logged on, simply press ctrl+alt+del => change password. There you'll be prompted for the old (blank) password and enter the new one. After that it will be requested every time you login or try to unlock the computer.
