windows 7 restart after Blue screan.

So i have this problem with windows 7.
quite some time ago this problem fist apeared but then it dissapeared and then it came back again then again dissapeared and now its back again.

i dont know what wrong. i have been googling this problem and some said that somthing with the usb port.

i have to mention that i have an external hard driwe WD MY BOOK ESSENTIAL 500GB

After i turn on the PC i doenst matter what it do it work for a while and the i get a blue screan and then the PC restart. when the pc it restarting i think the loading of the windows is slower then before. and when it comes on i get this message:

then i go to those file where the problem is discribed and the first one is uploadet as an atachmend.

but the second one i cant find it.

Does anyvone have an idea what wrong ? and how to fix ?

Hi,

Rt64win7.sys blamed as the probable cause in the single dump file.

It is dated pre-Windows 7 release so obviously it needs updating.

It is the Realtek Networking driver, and you should be able to find an update on your motherboard manufacturers site.

I would also uninstall AVG as it may be interfering with the networking driver and causing your problems.

Download the AVG Removal Tool (ART) from here (make sure you get the appropriate version) -> save to desktop.

Boot into SAFEMODE - NO Networking. Then go to desktop, RIGHT-click on the ART icon and select Run as Administrator.

When complete - re-boot.

Install MS Security Essentials --> http://www.microsoft.com/Security_Essentials/

Then reset the Windows Firewall to its default settings -
START -> type cmd.exe -> right-click -> run as administrator -> type netsh advfirewall reset press enter

I have updated the Realtek Networking driver. i will remove the AVG antivirus if the blue screan apears again.
