uhhh - ok - this will be really weird - i dont have experience with computers and stuff other than - i want to play games aand basic knowledge
Was playing Blizzard games - new patch - they said it would be good to update drivers, went to update them Intel and AMD graphic cards - realized that when my laptop go to hibernation/sleep mode and when i need to write password again - i cannot play games - they will show black screen and dont load, and Overwatch was writing general error -contacted blizzard, send them dxdiag and msinfo - they said that my drivers installed wrong - so i uninstalled them and installed them again - didnt help, went to restoration - in czech bod obnovy - when you update something you can go back before you updated it - didnt help, installed drivers again and solved my problem with enlarging time before my laptop go to sleep mode - went to downloand some Windows updates - when they installed - while there was blue screen and Shutting down it stuck at that place, my mouse didnt respon and O of my mouse was stopped - tried again restoration but didnt helped
for updating and uninstalling drivers i used Radeon software adrnalin - minimal setup, DDU ( display driver uninstaller) and Intel Driver support and assistant
So i have two problems - one i solved by simply prolonging time before my comp will go to hibernate mode, but the second problem - look at picture - my comp will normally go to logout and Shutting down (Vypínání, last screen before black and computer off) the O of mouse is going around, and from nowhere it will start getting laggy and it will stop, at that moment my fans of my computer will go in overdrive - need to shut down through button
