Windows 7 Slow Motion LAG?

Hey , I have a problem here hope that you guys can help me.. so, I got a slow-motion lag..I don't know it's lag or what.I have tried to restart my computer many times,still the same.I even use CCleaner, RegistryReviver & Antivirus to clean my computer. But it's still the same!!!

My computer is Windows 7,
4GB
Graphic Card - NVIDIA GeForce GT 630

now slowly add back each thing you removed for a clean startup and when you get lag what ever you added back did it.

I've seen this happen when two VNC sessions were started.

I know this is an old thread, but I may have found why this problem occurred with my machine. I have a "Connectland" no joke, numeric keypad that I use for math homework, etc. If I start up my Alienware crazy fast hyperthreaded beast of a laptop while the keypad is plugged in, it is slow as a turtle wading through a sea of peanut butter. If I unplug the damn keypad first then start up my machine, it is lightning fast and I can kill Stormtroopers all day long
