Hey guys, I have a Pansonic Tougbook CF52 that was upgraded from XP to 7 last November(2012). Since then, the driver for any USB device, even if it's the same device and was just unplugged and plugged back in re installs the drivers and takes an upwards of 30 minutes. I've disabled "Search Windows Update for Driver" but, that won't be helpful when I get a new USB device to plug in that may not have a driver on the computer in question.

Turning off the online search helps but, I still have a problem where the driver installs every time the my usb mouse in this case, is plugged in.

Any ideas?

Hi ctn91 Welcome to Seven Forums ... We know what is causing the problem its your OS .. I have looked on the Panasonic website ... As you know there are no Drivers available for Windows 7 .. As you have not stated your exact Model .. I cannot check if there are Vista Drivers available ... If there are I would try the INI download
