Hi,

Please can someone help, I am at a loss with my BSOD, can't find any pattern, not sure what has caused it and it is driving me mad.

I have attached some dump files, any help would be appreciated.

I have done the memory test, all reports back fine.

I think it's quite likely you may have multiple problems, and that at least some of them are caused by hardware unreliabilties.

About a third of these are linked to the video - try updating the driver.

At least one crash in NTFS.SYS. A full CHKDSK /R wouldn't go astray.

Make sure all other NIC, AV, audio... drivers are as updated as possible.

Don't overclock and make sure the machine is sufficiently cooled.

Thank you for you quick response. I have done a chkdsk /r all came back fine. I started to think what has changed on my machine, and I think it all started to go wrong after a Windows Update.

I installed the optional nvida drivers as recommend vis MS, now I cannot be sure but I think the problem started after that.

I have removed the driver, downloaded and installed from the manufacturer website and so far, fingers crossed all seems well, no BSOD.

Could it be that all the mutiple issues you found, including NTFF.sys were all caued by the video driver?

It's possible but unlikely. Bugs in drivers tend to manifest themselves as relatively similar reincarnations of the exact same crash. In your case, the "signatures" (for lack of a better word) of many of the crashes are entirely different.

There's a natural tendency to look for the single underlying root cause, but there may be multiple, distinct, superimposed problems. Work on them one issue at a time. When/if it crashes again, upload the latest minidump and somebody will take a look.
