windows 7 ultimate activation error code 0xC004E003

i have custom build computer and i was using activated windows 7 ultimate when i upgraded to windows 10 which turned out to be complete ****
after the update there failed which made computer go into endless loop of restart-update fail-restart
i had to go back to windows 7 and had to reactivate it and now getting error code 0xC004E003

i also found on another thread to run

net stop sppsvc
(wait until the service has stopped before entering the following lines)

CD %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareProtectionPlatform
REN tokens.dat tokens.bar

and then first it said duplicate exists or files are missing
and now it's saying it is used by another process

the "net stop" said that it was stopped successfully

edit
i also ran REN %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareProtectionPlatform\tokens.bar tokens.old

made a reboot and ran the whole process for net stop again

which now lead to error code 0xC004F050

i ran

which says that windows installed to my computer is genuin

The installed Product Key is the infamous Lenovo Stolen Key - which was permanently withdraw and blocked by MS before the release of WIndows 7 - and was never valid on any computer.
Even had it been valid, it would only have been so on machines preinstalled with Ultimate by Lenovo.
You motherboard is a retail one, and cannot support any OEM_SLP Key

You need to reformat and reinstall using genuine media and Key.
