Windows 7 Ultimate crashes 5 mins after boot

I really am clueless.About 1 week ago, i did an upgrade to my windows vista home premium x32 bit.The process went smoothly throughout the whiole installation process.The very first day went fine and it worked marvellously.However,on the third or fourth day,i booted up my computer.After logging in,about awhile later,I got a blue screen.This happened every time since the first happening of the blue screen.I did everything i could like system recovery but to no avail.I would be utmost grateful if anyone out there would help me solve this problem:):D.The details of the bluescreen are below.

I like it when people ZIP up their minidumps instead of RARing them. It saves me from having to futz around with unrar/winrar, and that's A Good Thing :)

Your crash was almost certainly caused by this driver:

Unfortunately, a cursory web search suggests that the driver may actually be malware (no idea), so you'd probably want to establish precisely where and how you got it onto your machine.

Removing it will stop this particular crash, but if it turns out that it was malware, then you can't be sure whether it left behind any other nasty surprises.
