Windows 7 ultimate crashes randomly: Event 41,KernelPow

when i go to uninstall it says if i uninstall air then adobe media player wont work properly...whats this air crap anyway

Adobe Air is a platform that lets your run Flash apps on your desktop. It's right, you need it to run Adobe Media Player (if you use it). Use Revo Uninstaller to remove it and delete all files associated with it. Then reinstall it after a reboot.

alright..uninstalled it everyting was fine till today...at 5:27 it restarted again..looked at the app event viewr..nothing happened aruond that time but in the system event viewr...this was at the same time as the kernal 41 error
