I have tried everything I can think of and everything people have said on forums and I cannot seem to get this working no matter what I do.
When I try to do my windows update it says 2 updates failed and windows updated encountered an unknown error. Code 800B0100 and Code 80073712.

When I click on view update history the errors that won't work are (KB2562937) and (KB976932)

I've used the System Update Readiness Tool, when finished it said that the scan was complete. I tried to do the updates again and they still wouldn't work.
I then did the sfc scan which this message came up View attachment 336846
I tried the windows update again and got the same errors.
I've also attached the compressed CBS zipped file of the logs View attachment 336847

I have also tried the fix it tool, I've tried downloading the update through the windows website and I've also tried the windows update troubleshoot tool, all have not worked either.
This is what I get when I have used the troubleshoot

Please help I have no idea what to do anymore, thank you!

I never worry about a couple of Updates failing as chances are you didn't need them anyway. Happens all the time.

If Windows Update keeps sending them through and they fail then start a Support case with Windows Update website (free via email) or post it up in our Updates section.

CheckSUR shows these problems...

These errors are kinda important - because they will prevent SP1 from installing!

I'll post a fix for them tomorrow.

SFC found and fixed one other file error.

Looking a bit deeper, it seems that perhaps you used an unsupported route to installation of Windows 7 - one of the patches involved here is for the Preview of Windows 7 - and means that you probably haven't been able to install ANY updates since upgrading to the release version.
The affected update is a very early version, as well, and I can find no legitimate source.

I would recommend a Clean install - or at least a repair install, using proper Win7 media.
