Windows 7 update error & windows module installer(Trustedinstaller)

I can't check for updates it shows (error 80080005).
I can't start the windows modules installer service shows (error 5 access is denied).
And sfc/scannow doesn't work as well shows (windows resource protection could not start the repair
service)
Can somebody help?I am having a headache.

If your system specs are correct then its likely a permissions problem.
Dell would not ship Ultimate with those specs, and dont use Gigabyte motherboards.
Run this tool copy/paste the output
