Welcome to Windows Seven Forums.

Generally speaking, it's not a good idea to try and install a whole bunch of updates all at once.

If one hangs as is the case with you at present, it holds everything else up.

It'll pay you to cancel the current updates, restart your computer and reconfigure Windows Updates to download them, but let you choose whether to install them.

Just try a few at a time. Service packs are best installed on their own.

You might also want to download and run the System Updates Readiness Tool, which addresses problems such as this.
