Windows 7 x64 crash on shutdown

I have been experiencing blue screens on shutdown for the past several months. They seem to be getting more frequent.

The system is Windows 7 x64, OEM, and is the original install. The laptop is about 1 year old.

I have attached the requested documentation.

Any assistance is appreciated.

You're gonna find this strange but your crashes are being caused by your cdrom. I would go into device manager and remove/uninstall the cdrom device and then reboot the computer and let it re-install the drivers.
