Windows 7 x86 and VIA/S3G Graphic Cards?

This is my first post. A few weeks ago I bought a low-cost PC. First I installed Windows 10 64-bit.

then the video card does not detect due to incompatibility. Change to 32bits, Still not working.

Change WinXP and as you can see, it works perfectly without problems. and now install a Windows 7 and install drivers directly from device manager but the installation of VIA does not want to install it by the executable, as you can see, it works!

but there are several problems. when I use a browser or something runs a game, it is slow because of the maximum use of the CPU, when I use the window or small screen mode, it is fast and the CPU usage is low.
Unfortunately, the driver is discontinued.



Also Google and Firefox does not detect any Old video drivers Unfortunately
Do you have any questions about my integrated card like this one that is updated or some unofficial patch?

What is the problem with the drivers in Win 10? They're available here-

as well as other places.

I couldn't find any information on a Active Cool computer. Who is the manufacturer?

If you have Aero running, you should disable it, given the limited amount of RAM you have.

It does work with the integrated graphics card.
VLC and MPC-HC Plays fine in 1280x720 29.97fps without problems. and still keeps dropping frames on 720p60
Chrome 76 with YouTube plays at 480p and hog all the CPU time. using the anGLe to DX11 (Still dropping frames when play YouTube Videos at 480p)
Some Games and Emulation Requires an OpenGL 2.0+ Compatible. Unfortunately it drops support for DirectX on some newer Emulators. For Example. mGBA requires OpenGL 2.0+ and my machine can't run that only support OpenGL 1.2.

Well. A lot of people can run games fine with an Integrated Graphics Card that uses OpenGL 3.0+
Unfortunately Here's the picture. My machine doesn't support Newer OpenGL Versions. and you need a new GPU based Intel/AMD/NVIDIA Compatible Card. Still Unfortunately i don't have much money for now, still not have job.

If I was going to upgrade anything, I'd increase the RAM to 4 GB. Best I can tell, we're talking about DDR2 533 MHz and it's pretty cheap. There's a difference between the dimensions of the chips, depending on whether you're using a Desktop or mobile device. I assume the ones on your system are around 5.5 inches. I would check with whatever vendor you choose to make sure they're the correct length.

I assume that the graphics card is working.

Whatever graphics card you buy, it needs to support D-sub since that's the only connector on your monitor.

How much are you willing so spend?
