I'm running Windows Home Premium 64 bit and with google chrome and a paid 1 year Avast and a stupid question can I install Bittorrent and download music even with the avast safe site advisory I have the trustee rapport on also for my banking and shopping so I was just wondering if Bit torrent was safe also the reason I ask is I only look at the most seeders and leechers
