You were ripped off because you cannot buy a key for $20, unless you buy it from someone on eBay that is selling release candidate keys or keys stolen from Technet or MSDN/MSDNAA. You aren't the first person who posted problems with eBay keys, and you (unfortunately) won't be the last.

Contact the seller and get your money back.

You attempted the anytime upgrade with the key and it said it was invalid. This indicates that they key was blacklisted by Microsoft.

Considering that Windows 7 Ultimate (as an upgrade) is worth well over $100...what did you expect from this deal?

May I ask what your need for Ultimate is? Home Premium is sufficient for the majority of folks

I am running 4 computers just wanted them all to be the same OS so they could talk together and work together and then once htat is done them would like to get sever up and running have HP EX475 with one tb. then I hoping they will all talk and wotrk together.
