Can you please enable driver verifier. Follow these instructions

When you enable the drivers do NOT enable ones from the Microsoft Cooperation, Unknown or Macrovision

how do i re post the dump file? Do i need to wait for another blue screen and while driver verifier is updated?

those driver verifier instructions seem to not apply to windows 8.1, cannot get to list of drivers after checking custom settings
