Windows 8.1 stuck

To make it boot able as UEFI there is a simple way. It won't boot as MBR.
- Format the flash drive as Fat 32
- Open the iso file using winrar or 7zip http://www.7-zip.org/download.html
- Copy the content of the iso file to the flash drive.

It's pro. No i don't have an installation disk. And yes i can see my hdd and ssd in bios no messages logo only as i was saying my 1st monitor is not working. Turned off the logo. And it s automatically repairing black screen again

Your Win 8.1 is probably installed on the SSD. On BIOS is it the fist boot option?

Boot from the Win 8.1 installation disk, go to install - advanced. How many partitions you see on each disk?

Do you have the latest BIOS installed?
http://download.msi.com/bos_exe/mb/7996v2E.zip
Extract to a flash drive and flash the BIOS. Use internal BIOS utility.

Try to remove the graphics card and use the internal graphics. (MoBo connector)

Is the CPU heat sink well installed?
I have downloaded the MSI h110m pro vd manual from MSI site but there is no BIOS guide so I don't know the BIOS options.

Can you boot the Win 8.1 installation disk?
Did you run the check disk chkdsk c: /f ?

You have to understand that we don't have all the information that you do.
You began saying that you have a problem but didn't inform the hardware specs. Now you say that you was editing videos when it fist happen.
You're very fast but you don't answer all the questions we make. Is the CPU heat sink well installed?

We don't know what is the problem, but we know is a hardware.
We have to make it simple as possible.
- Disconnect the HDD power cable.
- Remove the graphics card and connect one monitor to the DVI of the MB.

Try to boot from the installation disk.
