Here is all my info that I could find. One of my video games kept freezing out of no where and ever once in a while I could Hear a stutter in my sound as if it almost crashed. So I downloaded my asus diagnostics tool and ran it and thats when I got the BSOD... Rebooted, ran again and got nothing out of it.

Hope you can help me. Thanks.

You are having that dreaded display driver error caused by you Radeon drivers

This error is usually caused by: bad driver, faulty GPU/RAM

Uninstall your ATI Radeon drivers then use driver sweeper to remove leftover ATI files
Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

Then reinstall the latest drivers ATI Radeon

Update DirectX: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...38-db71-4c1b-bc6a-9b6652cd92a3&displaylang=en

If the above does not work test your RAM http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html

Code:

In addition to Yowan's good advice, I suggest you update or eliminate the following out of date drivers. Outdated drivers can and do cause memory corruption and BSOD's. Both of these are XP drivers and are not going to work with Win 7.

Protype.sys Mon Nov 27 04:39:30 2006
- Razer ProType USB Keyboard driver by WayTech. Razer Support. If there is no update for this driver, upgrade your keyboard and uninstall this one.

Razerlow.sys Mon Apr 25 01:43:56 2005
- Razer Diamondback driver (Win7 has issues with older drivers) Razer Support. Update this driver or upgrade and uninstall this obsolete hardware.

Thanks for the quick response. I cleaned the video card drivers off and put new ones on, still getting the stutter. The directx was up to date and wouldn't let me do anything to install another.

I updated the Keyboard and Mouse drivers. Thanks for the suggestion.

I will proceed to test the memory tonight when I sleep.

Thanks, I will keep you guys up to date.

Ok, So I ran my memory test 11 times while I was asleep and received zero errors. I figure my next step will be to put my older card in and test the game to see if i still get the lag...

Could having the on board videocard enable in the bios mess with the pci express video card that I installed?

I used to be able to run PC Diagnostics perfectly but these days it does the Blue screen too.

It could be from updating from 8 to 8.1 or from updating the Motherboard BIOS which I am running the latest v1603. Asus hasn't updated the app after updating the motherboard BIOS so I assume that is it.
