Windows Defender in German, how change it to English

Hi, my Windows Defender language is in German. I think my ex did that. How can I change it back to English? The Region, Location and Language are in English, the non-unicode language is in English. It's Windows Defender that's in German,
My computer was telling me to update Windows Defender months ago but I couldn't because I don't know German language. Also, my Google Chrome and Internet Explorer are all in English, but Mozilla Firefox (where Windows Defender is located) is in German.
I think I also have Avast or Mc Afee on my computer, I'm not sure. And I saw the name Norton down at the bottom menu bar.

maybe using english mui files will do it.

Not clear what you are trying to say. You need to do an antivirus scan before attempting anything else. There are several available. You could try running eset ONE-TIME scanESET Online Scanner | ESET

Defender, if thats actually what your running, its ONLY an anti-spyware program, i do hope you have an AV program in use.

note if you install a 3rd party AV, then Defender, or Security Essentials, will be turned OFF.

is what Tasha is referring to, even though it's only applicable to Windows Insiders and Win 10. If so, I'd uninstall Firefox and reinstall it without adding any extensions.
