Windows defender keeps popping up at start

Everytime I startup my computer, windows defender pops up saying that it is turned off. How do I stop it from notifying me? I tried going into services and disabling it, but it still pops up at startup.

If you are using Microsoft Security Essentials, it is suppose to be turned off as it is included as part of Security Essentials

Hello Cookieboi,

Using the tutorial below, also double check to see if you may have Windows Defender (MSASCui.exe) listed in any of the Startup Programs list locations. If so, delete or disable it to see if that will stop this message for you.
