Solved Windows does not boot

Hey, I'm not sure which category this should be on but i need seariously help.

When i boot my computer it show Packard Bell, but after that the screen is only black and after a long time it says "windows is loading new files" and the "MIcrosoft Corporation".

When that is done, a system repair pops up. When it's done it asks if i want to send info to microsoft or not. Behind that message it says that i should remove any driver (usb etc).

And that repeats all the time i boot my computer. I try to type "chkdsk /r" but it says its not writeable and that is NTFS.

How can i fix this? I want to fix this problem with all my files and apps in my HDD. I do not want to loose them. But if i have no choice i guess i have to do it.

But i can't i have the DVD but if i repair it, will it uninstall all of my apps? I can't loose them. My sister has iTunes with music and i don't know what will happend.

No you won't lose any of your programs, user accounts.

ok so i did that, but now it said i should reboot so windows could start and then use the disk. But thats the problem i can't boot! What am I going to do??

What do you mean you can't boot? Insert the disc in the tray. Reboot. Go to your BIOS and set the optical drive to the first boot media. Save and exit and it should boot from the disc.

I am new to this. When im booting with the disk i get to the installation part. In the BIOS i select the cd/dvd rom drive.

Don't go as far as installation. Boot to the DVD, agree to the first screen, at the second screen down on the left side you will see 'repair', click that and follow the instructions. You maight have to dao the same over for up to 3 times.

And what next? I choosed windows 7 and then it popped up: Boot repair, System restore, system image restore, memory diagnosis and cmd. WHat instructions? Yes i clicked repair. I have done those tons of time, but windows will not boot!

So many times! A message appear. Startup repair couldnt fix any problems. If u have any drives in like camera etc then take it out. And it also asks me if i want to send info to microsoft or not. Happends all the time.

At that screen, open a command prompt. Enter the following codes one at a time.

bootrec /rebuildbcd
bootrec /fixmbr
bootrec /fixboot

Reboot.

Hey thanks i thought it was only /fixmbr so i couldnt understand why it didnt work but bootrec /rebuildbcd etc worked. When i hit enter it says opperation completed.after rebooting, i dont see starting windows. So its still not booting.

Yes, but i have also read that fixmbr is not workibg for many ppl.

Hi does lucid puppy backup ir files? If not then i don't know how to backup files with a pc which dont boots. And do u have skype? Could be easier to talk there.

What are ir files? And it doesn't matter if windows boots or not, that method involves booting from a live cd which doesn't depend on windows.
Did you go through the steps which i mentioned in my previous post about SFC and troubleshooting steps?
