Solved Windows does not boot

I was never able to get Kaspersky's rescue disc to work, either... Had the same issue. It could not see my network connection to connect to the internet and update.

Did you run the Windows Defender Offline? You really should only have to use another offline scanning program if Windows Defender Offline failed...

Code:
diskpart
list disk
select disk 0
list partition
select partition 2
active
What was the result?

What file was it scanning when it stopped? Sometimes, that happens with bigger files.

Hey quick scan takes 24 hours and full scan takes a whole week maybe two. Should i do that? can i risk to get alot of money in have to pay cause the charger must be in the whole time and can i risk to burn my house?

Nah! Don't need to do that.
It'd be a lot quicker and easy to just do a clean install/restore via recovery partition provided that you've backed up your data.

At the type of installation screen, selecting 'Upgrade' will move your old installation and related files to windows.old folder. So yes.
But its always better to take the backup of important data manually.
