Solved Windows doesn't start; 0x490

Few days ago, during my normal work, bluescreen had appeared. The reason was damaged motherboard. I bought new one, turned on PC and tried to back to normality. Unfortunately destiny had other schedule.

The system "load" only to appearing first red "dot" of 7's logo. Next it restarts and asks if i want to repair it. Of course I do... That're communicates I receive after non-successful attempt of repairing it by system. (ehm, google translate seems to translate it accurately so I past it)

Found the main reason:

Recovery Action: Check and repair the integrity of system files
Result: Failed. Error code = 0x490

What confuse me, Windows XP on other hard drive runs normally.
I tried to repair it with Windows 7 Installation Disk and Command Line ("sfc /scannow /offbootdir=i:\ /offwindir=i:\windows)
My actual motherboard is ASRock G41c-G5 and previuos was: Gigabyte GA-73PVM-S2H.

Please, lend me hand, I really don't feel like reinstalling windows....

Did you reinstall Win7 as it often won't start on changed hardware without P2P Adjusting it from booted Paragon Adaptive Restore CD.

Once you do this if it won't start confirm the 100mb System Reserved partition (preferred if you have it) or C is Partition Marked Active then run Startup Repair - Run up to 3 Separate Times to repair the boot.

If these fail Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 which is same for retail.
