Windows explorer crashing and

Hi,
I have a lenovo yoga laptop. Windows 7 Home version. Off late my windows explorer is crashing often. Often times it is followed by the blue screen crash and at other times it happens without explorer crashing.
Its been happening often.

Kindly help.

Just now realized my zip folder is empty. Dm log collector ran for quite some time and produced only an empty zip file !!

From what I have noticed from this crash dump that has been provided, Windows 7 has not been updated. Try updating Windows first to see of this fixes the issue.

That may be because the dump is from February.
