I have the motherboard Asus P7P55-M with the last update for BIOS ver 1101 Date 09/04/2012,
  1. CPU Intel i5 Core,
  2. RAM 6GB,
  3. Graphic Card AMD Radeon HD 5450,
  4. 1st device disk with OS WIN 7 64bit WD 160GB SATA,
  5. 2nd device Plextor PX-810SA SATA,
  6. 3rd device WD 640 SATA,
  7. 4th device WD 640 SATA.
My problem is that when i create from BIOS the RAID 1 Array with the ROM Utility (CTRL+I) everything looking good.Windows 7 boots excellent, the Intel Matrix Storage Manager shows a message that the raid 1 array is working right, the Computer Management in Disk Drives there is the name of Raid 1 array but when i go to Windows explorer or disk management there is no Raid 1 and as a matter of fact i can't copy my data.

I go to disk management the RAID 1 drive is identified as "Disk 0," "Dynamic" and as having "596.1 GB Unallocated." There is no drive letter assigned, and right clicking on it provides no opportunity to do so. It only opens a window with options to either start a wizard to create a new simple volume or to display the drive properties. I won't to create the Raid 1 from Windows 7 because in case of format the array will be delete.

Is there any way to show the Raid 1 to windows explorer or disk management in order to copy my data?

Thank you in advanced.

PS.I back up all my data in another HDD
