Sure. Follow this.

If you don't have and crash dumps, then uninstall any antivirus and firewall you previously installed and test. Disabling will not have the same effect.
If no good, then uninstall any lesser known small-time software you previously installed. Test.

but i have already uninstalled any suspectly programs but i still have that explorer stop error message sometimes.
also i do not have any Minidump messages
what i have to do now?

Open an elevated command prompt and run this command:

sfc /scannow

If no help, clean install Windows while formatting. You'll lose all data on the partition/drive, so copy what you want to keep off of it first.
