windows explorer question

My windows explorer is set as

%windir%\explorer.exe /n,/e, c:\

However, when I expand User or Libraries folders they do not collapse them automatically when I re-open
windows explorer.

Is there a tweak, regedit, or cmd batch method to make windows explorer to collapse
User or Libraries folders automatically whenever I click windows explorer and open c:\ only ?

That's not a bug, That's a feature, some would say. So I honestly don't really know if there is a fix to that
