I set a folder to sort the files within it in date order, but it appears to have also applied this sorting method to the other folders within the root directory (it is a folder within the pictures library). Is there anyway to set it so that only the one folder has it's files sorted by date?

Thanks in advance :)

Hello krustykobb,

In libraries, folder view settings are shared with all included folders in the library no matter which folder it was set in.

To have individual folder views, you would need to view the actual folder itself. For example, at "C:\Users\(user-name)\Pictures" instead of in the Pictures library.

Hope this helps, :)
Shawn
