Ok, I've done something to my Windows Explorer.

When I used to search for a file name (for example "invoice"), I would get a dozen or so files appear on the list all with "invoice" in the file name. Exactly what I want and nothing more.

Now, for some unknown reason, when I search for a file name, I get 50 or 60 irrelevant files appearing on my search. Yes, the files are in there 'somewhere' but they don't appear in any order (the keyword is highlighted though) . I must have changed the search settings somewhere and widened the search parameters.

How can I search for my files so that JUST the files I want appear on the list.

In the Search box did you change one of the options such as by kind, by date or by size? Click in the box and should get a dropdown with one or more choices.
