How to activate my Windows 7 ? yesterday , i want to update my Windows 7 to Wind 10 , maybe it's because of my poor computer skills , before it succeeds , my computer has become a mess , so i give up the update , after i completed my Windows 7 password reset , i can not work on my computer , i am asked to activate my Windows 7

Depends on how much of a mess.

First step would be a repair install with your W7 install media.

Rolling back from W10 should not require a password reset
Run this tool, copy/paste the output.
