Windows has recovered from a unexpected shutdown

Get this error whenever when I have left the computer for a extended period of time so that it asks me for my User account password to sign back in. Once I sign in my desktop has closed whatever I was working on and this error is there.

To ensure minidumps are enabled:
** Until a .dmp file is generated, the Minidump folder may not exist.**

*Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
*Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
*Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
*Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kb) in the drop down box (the 256kb varies).
*Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
*OK.
Reboot if changes have been made.

What graphics card do you have?

Also, AVG needs to be removed including Identity Protection. It is a known issue of causing BSOD on some Windows 7 systems. Use this removal tool when AVG is removed to remove left overs: http://www.avg.com/us-en/download-tools

Use Microsoft Security Essentials or Avast in it's place.

Dump blames ATI Drivers...

- Boot into safe mode with networking
- Uninstall the ATI drivers including Catalyst Control Center
- Use driver sweeper to remove leftover ATI display driver files Guru3D - Driver Sweeper
- Install the latest drivers ATI Radeon http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownlo...os=Windows Vista - 64-Bit Edition&rev=10.11#1 (Select Catalyst Software Suite, #1)
- Reboot into normal mode
