'Windows has recovered from...' -After Leaving Computer for Some Time

I seemed to have the same problem before I re-installed my OS. but bluescreens persist. I think that one of the bluescreens I had was because my CPU need more VCore voltage, but the rest don't seem to be the same, as now my VCore is higher, and stability tests agree.
