Hey there,

I deleted ESET SS using the application you told me to download via Safe Mode, it uninstalled successfully. I then installed Microsoft Security Essentials. So far my laptop has not had a spontaneous shutdown. Do you think it is still mandatory to update the drivers you stated?

I believe ESET was the indeed the problem. Thank you so much! I'll keep my PC on all day and see what happens.

Yeah, so far it has resolved the issue, however I'm keeping my laptop on for a few hours to see if any unexpected shutdowns occur.
