First you need to reboot your PC to repair some of the files.

In %windir%\system32 these files need to be replaced from the extract files of windows 7 installation DVD link above.

"poqexec.exe"

After you replace the file. reboot and run it one more time.

Hey it's me again. I thought this topic was dead :(

The problem is, I have a laptop with no CD Drive, I do have Factory reset on this laptop, is there a way to extract from there?

If you can get access to a Windows Home premium Iso file then you would be able to do it, or just find someone with a Windows Home Premium PC.
