Solved Windows Live Mail 2012 (16.4.3503) ???

Just happened to realize there is a new WLM version....(16.4.3503)

Why am I not being notified by Windows Update ? I was, last time there was a WLM update to 15.4.3555.0308

Have anyone tried it ?
I am a little skeptical.

Update :
Windows Live Essentials 2012 installed.
Checked the new WLM against the former 2011. See no difference.
Checked Windows Movie Maker, see no difference.
Why MS wasted their time and mine ?
Can't they just send in some updates through Windows Update Center ?
